STARTING RIGHT NOW
TODAY!

I am excited to announce that I have developed a new online workshop that reveals the secrets, tools and practices of Ancient Greece that lead to Health, Happiness and Harmony.

The course is for anyone that wants to improve their health and life.

I am over 50, and I am still about the Ancient Greek Practices and Tools!

The Ancient Greek practices and tools get rid of inflammation and boost the immune system so my body doesn’t feel old or achy anymore! If you struggle with inflammation, you will struggle to heal and lose weight!

The Ancient Greek Practices and Tools got me thinking better, feeling so much better, and younger! And several years ago, the doctors thought I was going to be another cancer statistic just like my parents. But thank you God! I’m still here.

I have experienced many illnesses in my life. They include years of depression, ongoing gut and digestive issues, and cysts. I’ve had several surgeries including the removal of ¾ of my left lung and I spent many years in and out of hospital. Many of these were due to my childhood abuse.

The doctors could not help me determine the cause or to fully heal me. I was desperate to find lasting solutions.

All my life I had been misguided into thinking that only a doctor can help me with my health issues. That unfortunately is not true. You can take control of your health and self-heal by empowering yourself with the right information.

I searched for answers and came across many ancient Greek texts that helped me. I consolidated all this information and started to apply it to myself. I healed myself by adopting these ancient Greek practices and tools that I will share in this workshop. I feel that it is my duty to share them and to help others.

This workshop is based on my book/eBook, “Cooking & Eating Wisdom for Better Health”.

In the workshop we explore these forgotten ancient Greek secrets, practices and tools that were used in ancient Greece for health and well-being, happiness and peace.

The practices are preventative based not reactive solutions to health. Unlike prescribed medication there are no side effects to your health.

The Ancient Greeks had a mind, body and spirit approach to healing and everyday wellness. They believed we had unlimited power within and when we truly know and connect with ourselves, we can unleash our power and create great health, happiness and harmony in our life.

True healing requires harmony of the mind and the mouth. A mind, body and soul tuning. As I always say, the mouth follows where the mind goes.

The workshop content includes:

SECTION 1 – LOVE IS A POWERFUL HEALER
The ancient Greeks were the first to introduce the world to the concept of energy (from the Greek word energia) and its effects on humans, animals, plants and one’s health. They recognized that we were all connected by energy. The highest form of energy was agape (unconditional Love). They strived to attain agape energy so they would be able to be guided by a higher power that they called the MONAD or GOD. We explore all this in this section and some practical tools to attain a peaceful and calm mind.

SECTION 2 – THE ANCIENT GREEK WISDOM DIET COMPONENTS
The word “diet” comes from the Ancient Greek “diaita,” which means “the way of life.” In Ancient Greece, a diet was not just about food or some radical diet regime. Food in only one component. Good health required the nurturing of the mind, body and soul. We explore all these components in this section. We explore the Ancient Greek wisdom diet and how you can create your own customized individual diet.

SECTION 3 – HOW TO TAP INTO YOUR INNER POWER
The Ancient Greeks learnt how to tap into their inner wisdom (power source). They called this power source the MONAD or GOD. They were able to be guided and to receive help. When your mind is silent and still, and your heart is full of agape, only then can the universe connect with you. When you take the time to be calm it’s as if you are taking the time to meet with yourself to work on ideas and to make your own divine decisions. In this section we learn how to tap into the powerful quiet voice, hear it and follow its guidance.

SECTION 4 – HOW TO ACHIEVE HARMONY IN OUR LIFE
‘Everything in moderation’ and ‘nothing in excess’: these two profound sayings were inscribed on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi and the ancient Greeks strived to practice this in their day-to-day living and to share this wisdom with the rest of the world. These philosophies are equally important in the kitchen, when eating and when cooking. An excess of anything will have the opposite effect. Hippocrates practiced moderation when treating his patients. Doctors in ancient times believed that illness occurred because a humor was out of balance. In this section we explore how we can achieve harmony in all aspects of our life.

SECTION 5 – ANCIENT GREEK THERAPIES THAT HEAL MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT
The ancient Greeks practiced many therapies customized to the individual for healing the mind, body and spirit. Many of these therapies are still practiced today in Greece. A therapy is anything that assist in our healing and that helps us attain agapi (unconditional love), free of ego. The actual word ‘therapy’ comes from the Greek therapia, meaning ‘to serve or help medically’. In this section we explore various therapies and how we can incorporate them on our lives.

SECTION 6 – THE IMPORTANCE OF OUR SENSES AND HOW TO BE PRESENT

Plato believed that all our senses were gifted to us by God to speak to our souls in a pleasurable way through the vibration of music. Before you begin cooking, eating or making a decision be still for a few moments; it is important to be present. We explore how to be present and to be in touch with our senses for better decision making.

SECTION 7 – MANAGING JUDGMENT TO FIND PEACE
Judgment and Agapi cannot co-exist. Judgement is based on the premise that something is wrong with the way things are and that they must be changed. We can only grow and be humble when we accept the way things are and learn to explore and learn from the experience. This way we will understand what food is right for us and what situations are right for us.
In this section we learn how to recognize judgment and how to manage it.

SECTION 8 – DEVELOPING PATIENCE AND TIMING
In ancient times conformity with nature was of the essence of life. Ecology is from the Greek word oikos meaning ‘freedom and harmony of nature’, yet we chain nature to our demands and rob it of its freedom. We try to dictate what season it should be and force nature to grow and harvest fruit and vegetables out of their intended time. Similarly, we do the same with important decisions in our life. In Ancient Greece they recognized that all goods things take time. Fruit and vegetables require time, nutrition, water and love to grow. We need to learn to work with the rhythm of nature and allow it to produce its fruit in good time and in season. The same applies to all other life-based decisions. In this section we explore why patience and timing is of great importance.

SECTION 9 – HOW THE WAY YOU EAT CAN AFFECT YOUR OVERALL HEALTH
It was of great importance to the Ancient Greeks to eat in a state of peace and joy. Eating is meant to be a spiritual experience — a way to connect to your energy and the energy of others to nurture the body and soul. Mealtimes are a time to form a relationship with your food and to savor the flavors. It is vital that you take the time to chew and eat your food slowly. By eating slowly, you are cultivating an awareness of your food and the ingredients. In this section we will explore some of nature’s ingredients and how their likeness takes on some of our bodily organs. This will assist us in easily identifying which particular fruit and vegetable will heal which part of our body.

SECTION 10 – HOW FAITH, GRATITUDE AND PRAYER CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS
You can achieve anything if you have belief, faith and gratitude. It is important to have faith, even when you cannot instantly see results. Gratitude with the power of prayer can move mountains if one believes in it. Prayer leads to solutions and personal enlightenment. Prayer was extremely important in ancient Greece and was practiced frequently much in the same way that it is practiced today in Greece. In ancient Greece faith and gratitude were essential in one’s life and were practiced at the Oracle of Delphi where people would go to see guidance on issues from a higher power; THE MONAD.In this section we explore why faith, gratitude and prayer is so important.

SECTION 11 – ANCIENT GREEK HEALING INGREDIENT WISDOM
The Greeks notes many health and medicinal properties for most ingredients they used for food. The content is from the Books/eBooks “My Greek Family Table” and “Cooking & Eating Wisdom for Better Health”. We explore some examples.
We also explore how to develop your own personal customized Ancient Greek Wisdom Diet Plan.

A BONUS video has been included that parallels the Ancient Greek Wisdoms with the teachings of the Bible.

May the workshop help you find better health, peace, and joy!

Love and Blessings!
