Join Greekalicious’ Maria Benardis as she takes food lovers on an exploration of ancient, regional and island Greek cuisine. Discover ingredients and dishes unique to particular parts of Greece with Maria’s own interpretation and flair. Accompanied with Greek dips and wine, she will treat taste buds to the most sensuous Greek experience and provide lively storytelling that will reveal the history, healing wisdom and culture of Greek cuisine as it has never been told before.
